We had an outstanding experience with Lorenzo and his team from start to finish. The team was professional and incredibly efficient. They treated our belongings with great care, communicated clearly throughout the process, and worked seamlessly together. What could have been a stressful day was actually smooth and surprisingly pleasant thanks to their positive attitude and attention to detail. Everything arrived safely and on time, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. Absolutely amazing experience! Lorenzo and his team were so efficient and careful. We had a lot of stuff packed into our house and they moved it all in one day! Absolutely FABULOUS! Worth every penny for the de-stress of having the kindest, hardest working crew handling all aspects of our move- boxing, packaging, dismantling & moving the heavy heavy stuff including big TVs, five giant gold vintage mirrors, a huge heavy desk with multiple parts, children’s cribs (which were perfectly & safely reassembled) and an entirely too large lofted bed. It was truly a sight to witness. Not one item was damaged and not one wall scratched. In my adult life of moves, I’ve never seen anything like it. He will be number 1 choice in the future and my #1 rec to friends and family from here on out. And cost was honestly totally reasonable for the excellent service offered. They even come pick up the boxes when you’re done unpacking! Thank you again, Lorenzo !!!!!

I rarely write reviews, but the exceptional service we received from Optimum -- and specifically Lorenzo and his team -- truly deserves recognition. Major life changes, like moving, are inherently stressful. Even though we were excited about our move, moving day felt daunting. Our belongings were headed to 3 different locations in a city 9 hours away, and I was incredibly stressed. Based on our realtor friends' recommendation, we hired Optimum for both packing and moving, and I'm so glad we did. When Lorenzo and his team arrived, they immediately put my mind at ease. Right away, I was impressed by their organization, efficiency, and attention to detail. What stood out even more was their genuine care: they treated the home we were leaving with respect, our belongings with careful precision, and us with kindness and friendliness.In short, Lorenzo and his team turned what I was sure would be an incredibly stressful process into a seamless experience. Their professionalism and care made all the difference and I cannot say enough good things about them. I've sung the praises of Optimum, Lorenzo, and his team to my friends and family (my Dad’s already hired them for a small job which also went brilliantly), and now I'm doing so for strangers on the internet. Do yourself a favor and hire Optimum for both packing (seriously -- having them pack for us was some of the best money we've ever spent) and moving. After our experience with them, I cannot imagine trusting our next move to anyone else.

I truly can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had with Lorenzo and his team. I learned the hard way to NEVER call a mover that is a broker. They quoted me one number and then tried to almost double it 5 days before moving my entire family to another state. I reached out to a friend of mine and he recommended Optimum (Lorenzo). I called Lorenzo and he had his very professional team there the same day I had originally planned to move. He was also able to have everything delivered the very next day without so much as a scratch on anything. We are renting for a year to buy us time to find the home we want to buy and will be calling Lorenzo again to handle that move as well. Oh, by the way....he was actually less expensive than the original movers that I should never have hired.Well done Lorenzo, thanks for saving the day!

It was just a really good experience! I had a crew of three, including Lorenzo.Each was focused on delivering my items undamaged, specifically placed where asked, and assembled when needed. Each was polite, professional, hard working, and constantly working. They did exactly what I requested, and, as Lorenzo told me, his goal was to do it all with no stress to me. Optimum Moving and Storage was amazing. My husband and I both had the same first impression of this company when we first met Lorenzo for our quote; such a personable guy. He made us feel completely at ease with the whole process and took on the challenge like it was nothing. On moving day, both he and his crew seemed to truly enjoy their job and were accommodating to our preferences every step of the way. Even my kids agreed they were like magic with the ease and efficiency in which they wrapped, padded, took apart, moved, and put back together all of our furniture. Everything was handled with upmost care and attention. These guys all seemed to be grateful to be there and had an overall positive attitude throughout the moving process. Lorenzo and the Optimum Moving team did an outstanding job relocating a family member from Charlotte to Louisville. Everyone from Lorenzo to his assistants were polished and professional. Every little detail was taken care of. If we had to make a change of plan due to things outside of our control, Lorenzo was there to make it happen. Josh and his crew arrived promptly. He explained the process of how the actual move was going to be performed and then walked with us to confirm the items and where they would be placed in the new house. As promised, they wrapped our items needing more attention and care. We were surprised at how readily prepared they were for all the things “we didn’t think of”. The team was incredibly efficient. Rooms were emptied with care at light speed. What is typically a very stressful day for a family in transition was made less argumentative with such a well oiled team.

Called on Thurs in desperate need for a move on Friday. Lorenzo was prompt in response and was able to schedule me last minute. The movers, Jose & Ricky, were great to be around. I had some things that weren’t leaving my storage unit and they were extremely patient with me while I opened containers to see what was what. They carefully wrapped and loaded my furniture. I was concerned their attitude would change when we arrived at my complex and they saw that I lived on the 3rd floor, but it didn’t! This was the smoothest move I’ve ever had! I don’t foresee moving again anytime soon, but I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to ANYONE needing to move. STRESS FREE! Thank you again Optimum!!!

This was the best moving experience I've ever had. Lorenzo and his team were very organized, efficient, friendly, and took very good care of my furniture. Every piece was wrapped in moving blankets & plastic before being loaded. Lorenzo with Optimum Moving Co. was the best movers by far I have ever used. He and his crew packed my entire house and moved it all to my 3 storage units. They packed it in like a huge puzzle and it worked perfectly to make it all fit . Very large pieces of furniture ! They will also move me out of the 3 units into my new home in the fall.I recommend Optimum moving company 100%!!!! He even counted out the correct wardrobe boxes and all others needed for my large move. Unbelievable!!! You will be very pleased with this moving company for sure!

Optimum Moving was very responsive to our moving needs. They did a pre-move to get furniture out of the house so realtor could stage it. On moving day they were on time and carefully boxed items and efficiency moved the furniture. Everything went well and no broken items! They were very accommodating and moved some furniture twice as we changed our minds on furniture placement. They were a pleasure to deal with. Price was reasonable for three men and 12 + hours of work.

They were an excellent company to work with. They packed and moved things carefully and moved them into our new home with care as well. They put the beds together and placed furniture and boxes in rooms where I desired. The move did take much longer than estimated, however costing more than originally planned for. I have hired moving companies for my last 4 moves. Optimum Moving & Storage is by far the best company I have ever dealt with in my experiences. They Blanket wrapped every piece of furniture and not one thing was damaged. I can't say that about my previous movers. The men were very polite, on time, quick and yet knowledgeable about the best way to move my items without damage. I highly recommend this moving company.
